Dockage

Our dock is located at Lighthouse Marina, in Soper’s Hole, West End Tortola. We have fourteen slips and one T-head, each with its own electricity (30- and 50-amp,) and water supply sources, and a fuel dock where diesel and gasoline can be obtained. The water is crystal clear and 20 feet deep.

Yacht Management

Services:

We make regular checks on your vessel to ensure that dock lines are not chafing or slipping, fenders are in place and are doing their job, that the bilges remain dry and battery levels are good. On top of these daily checks, we also go through the vessel thoroughly once a month and draw attention to any jobs or maintenance that we feel should be addressed.

Monthly, our technicians will check fluid levels of engines and generators and make sure everything is running properly.

We have a small team of professional, experienced staff, including technicians, shipwrights, riggers, and detailing/cleaning personnel. Any more specialized work that is required, we employ and oversee an appropriate subcontractor.

We make sure that when owners arrive, everything they wished to have done is taken care of, from maintenance to taxis and provisioning.

Repair and Refit

Over the years we have developed good working relationships with subcontractors and vendors in the BVI and USVI. We would be happy to act on your behalf to ensure that any repairs or refits are carried out to a high standard and in a reasonable time frame.

General Services

Insurance and Surveys

We are able to schedule and assist surveyors to look at your yacht so that insurance can be procured and guaranteed. We will organize and meet with the surveyor and work with them as necessary, for insurance purposes, or as the owner sees fit.

Parts Procurement and Parts Shipping

We are able to track down parts, as well as procure items from marine equipment manufacturers and suppliers locally. We are able to receive parts here and deliver them to your vessel as needed.

Ships Mail

You are welcome to use our postal addresses for the delivery of mail. We have a USVI address we check regularly, and an account with FedEx who deliver to our dock.

Yacht Registration

In association with British Virgin Islands ships registry we can help you to register your ship in the BVI. If you are interested in this service, please email us for a quote.
