Yacht management has seen significant growth globally over recent years. As more people turn to the marine industry in their pursuit of leisure activities the demand for professional management has been increasing. Many boat owners can now afford the costs but not the time to keep a boat in top condition and this is what we, at Admiral Marine Management, can provide to a professional standard.
Yacht Management
For yacht owners who live overseas and yet keep their yachts in the Virgin Islands area, we will take responsibility for looking after your vessel and will also act as your point of contact in the British Virgin Islands.
We can provide you with dockage at Hodges Creek Marina, or Lighthouse Marina at West End (limited spaces). We can cater for small day boats right up to 100 foot + megayachts with deep draughts.
We check lines and fenders daily. Several times a week we open hatches, check humidity settings on the AC units and check the bilges, we can start up engines and generators once a week as well. Monthly the mechanic will inspect the fluid levels in the engines, the ships domestic systems and we will walk through the boat with a clip board to see if there are any maintenance issues that should be addressed. We usually give each yacht a quick wash down once a month.

Repair and Refit
Over the years we have developed good working relationships with subcontractors and vendors in the BVI and USVI too. We would be happy to act on your behalf to ensure that any repairs or refits are carried out to a high standard and in a timely fashion.
General Services
Insurance and Surveys
We have, in the past, secured insurance for private vessels by organizing a survey and then obtaining premium quotes for the owner of the boat. We also are able to schedule and assist surveyors to look at your yacht so that the insurance can be guaranteed.
Parts Procurement and Parts Shipping
We are used to tracking down hard to find parts on short notice, as well as procuring the more routine items from marine equipment manufacturers and suppliers locally. We are normally able top get parts here quickly and on time and deliver them to your vessel no matter what island you are on.
Ships Mail
Your are welcome to use our postal addresses for the delivery of important mail, we have a USVI address and a BVI address.
Yacht Registration
In association with British Virgin Islands ships registry we can help you to register your ship in the BVI, if you are interested in this service please email us for a quote.
